Assessment

We take the time to learn about your organization and the position you want to fill to ensure a successful placement. We find it imperative to become familiar with our clients methods of operation, organizational structure and culture.

Search

We believe in utilizing both traditional recruiting practices and a strong internet presence. First we make hundreds of calls to our vast network of knowledgeable people in the correct area of specialization to obtain a top candidate list that otherwise would not be found using just the internet. This is followed by a thorough search using our state of the art online databases.

Screening

The prospective candidate list is contacted and screened to determine their interest and level of qualification for the position. From the results of this initial screening, we submit only the most qualified candidates for an in-depth interview with our recruiting staff.

Interview

Our recruiting staff will interview and evaluate top prospective candidates in a deep-dive interview that steps through their career history. Those who are not a fit are closed out.

Skills Testing

To further qualify candidates, we offer assessment testing for the most popular office applications including the MS Office product line, QuickBooks Pro and Peachtree Accounting. These assessments can range from basic to advanced levels. Those who meet the client’s requirements will be considered for a personal interview.

Send Out

We will send you only those candidates which meet the skills, level of qualification and fit with your organization. After all interviews we debrief both the company and the candidate, and provide immediate and value added feedback to the client.
