Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for professional Customer Service Representative to join a Centralized Services Contact Center team that will support primary care and specialty medical practices in Fairfield County, CT. The Contact Center provides a centralized state of the art environment that transforms the experience of patients and their families as they access physician services and offers a single point of contact and the highest level of service. The representative will instill loyalty and confidence by anticipating patient needs, displaying genuine interest, and providing accurate and efficient service to all patient and customer callers. As appropriate, the position will elicit patient information and follow established protocols to schedule patient appointments for specialized services.

Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
o A High School diploma or an equivalent is required.
o At least one or two years Call Center/Customer Service experience is required, preferably within a healthcare setting
o Experience working within a hospital, clinic, or medical office scheduling environment is highly preferred.

Competencies and Qualities
o Must be able to type accurately (40 WPM) and able to wear a headset.
o Must be computer/PC literate and facile in navigating among different applications/systems and websites.
o Must have solid verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
