Trading Associate
Job Description:
International hedge fund is hiring Night Trading Associates to join their Asia or European Desks. More specifically Trading Associates will be responsible for learning execution strategies and transactional cost analysis; generating ides to improve the firm's trading platforms, contributing and working towards a best practices approach to executing, ensuring desired exposure is achieved and providing asset class expertise across a variety of areas including market structure and participants, transactional costs and more.
Requirements:
Candidates will have a BS/BA, strong academic track record and about 2-10 years of experience in some type of analytical, quantitative, process driven environment (Ex. Finance, mathematics, engineering etc). While Trade Execution experience is a plus, it is not a requirement. Additionally applicants need to be comfortable working through complex problems and challenges in a fast paced, very dynamic environment.Competitive salary and bonus plus additional premium for working nights will be offered.
