HR Generalist
Outstanding HR Generalist Opportunity to join a dedicated team of professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities include providing HR support in the areas of employee and labor relations; compensation; benefits administration; leave administration; and compliance.
- Supports/leads benefits administration including billing, enrollment and communication
- Oversees leave of absence administration including communication with vendors, employees, and department managers; ensures that all federal and state regulations and company policies and procedures are followed
- Research, analyze, and respond to employee and manager questions and/or concerns regarding policies and procedures
- Lead HR initiatives to include performance management, employee relations and employee engagement including exit interviewing
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers to establish a high performance work culture to include managing work relationships, building morale, and increasing productivity and retention
• Assists in the development and implementation of policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual
• Assist with implementation and upgrade to new platform. Prior implementation experience.
• Maintains HRIS database (Ceridian platform)
